Volunteer Opportunities
BFLA Area Co-Ordination
The Burlington Federal Liberal Association is looking for volunteers to help co-ordinate membership outreach in several new zones across the riding.
Responsibilities include helping set-up meetings with area members, co-ordinating membership drives and volunteering to canvass areas inbetween and during elections.

When: January 13th, 2010 at 2:30 PM
Michael Ignatieff will be stopping by McMaster University on January 13th, 2009 at 2:30 PM to speak to students and youth from the area about Canada's direction. The event is apart of a series of stops at Canadian universities in the lead up to the non-partisan 2010 Montreal Thinker's Conference, Canada at 150: Rising to the Challenge. This is a great opportunity for youth from Burlington to see Michael and hear about his vision for the future of Canadian education and direction - don't miss it!

The Burlington Young Liberals Club will be holding its annual general meeting on Wednesday, August 12th to decide a new executive and direction for the club. All members of the BYLC are invited to join us at 6:00 at Indigo! Burlington to discuss new ideas to reinvigorate the club and ways to help increase the profile of the Young Liberals in Burlington

Summer Fling 2009
Where: Brock University, St. Catherines, ON
When: August 14-16, 2009
The Ontario Young Liberals are pleased to present one of their most successful signature events, Summer Fling! At Summer Fling 2009, Young Liberals from across Ontario will come to Brock University in the beautiful city of St. Catherines to discuss policy, take part in fun activities and network with hundreds of other Young Libs. The BYLC intends to have a presence at the event, so be sure to look us up!

Membership in the BYLC is open to every and all youths aged 14 to 26. We accept everyone and judge no one - whatever your beliefs, whatever your ideas, we want you to contribute and help shape policy for the future. The cost of membership is $10 federally and $5 provincially.
Membership in the Burlington Young Liberals Club includes...
